Royal Sunset Beach Club by Diamond Resorts

A new hotel I haven't been to, very nice hotel and friendly staff. I had a great week and will definitely be coming back.

Spent 7 weeks at the royal sunset beach club. The location is excellent, 5 minutes to the beach, plenty of shops, cafes and good restaurants close by. Few minutes walk to bus stops, plenty of taxis. Hotel reception staff were, without exception, very professional, helpful and friendly as were ALL the staff. Daily activities organised by hard working animation team, heated swimming pool, gym, evening entertainment most nights. Very clean complex.

Excellent, would book again

The receptionist was very nice and approachable. The location of the hotel is very close to the beach and commercial areas, but not noisy. There are parking outside the hotel, which is very convenient.

This complex is ideally situated in Costa Adeje, a short stroll to beach, bars, restaurants & shops. The complex is very clean & well maintained with good onsite facilities. Our apartment was quiet, but apartments located closer to the entertainment area could be noisy up until around 11pm. Our apartment was very well appointed with everything to make our stay comfortable. The only disappointment we had was that on arrival we were advised that although we had only booked a 1 bedroom standard apartment we had been upgraded to an elite apartment, which sounded great. once in the apartment we realised that we had a roof terrace where the sun loungers were located, but we were not able to access the roof terrace due to the gate being locked. We asked at reception for the key to unlock the gate, but were told that because we had been "upgraded" and had not paid for the elite apartment we were not allowed the key. We felt that this was very petty, considering that we had not requested the upgrade, therefore leaving us with no loungers on the balcony, unlike other apartments.
