Staff was wonderful

Rooms are dated and not the cleanest. Shower had poor pressure and had a old shower head. I ended up leaving prior to my scheduled departure and found a nicer establishment.

Its an older building so not perfect, but the staff was awesome and the stay was awesome

Great Customer Service by I believe her name is Denise or Desiree. 3rd time this young lady have checked me. She is a sweet person, knowledgeable and always quick check in process.

I never got to stay there they said I never had a reservation. I need a full refund It’s a scam on hotels.com. An I’m in the middle of a snowstorm with nowhere to stay The front desk lady was absolutely rude an terrible. She never asked for my id. Or reservation tried to charge me another 84$. For a room. Just horrible horrific experience
