I will never stay at this Red Roof Again. This was my second stay and both times it was horrible. The customer service was awful. Red Flag One! When I went to check in the lady behind the desk was so rude. She told me I had no reservations and that I had no room and she wasn’t checking me in because it was the next day! Mind you she is doing and saying all of this and hasn’t received an id from me. So she didn’t have any of my information pulled up to even verify the lie that she told so quickly to keep from doing her job. Had she looked she would have seen that I paid for a stay that included the previous night due to me not knowing how late I would arrive due to traffic and delays. After ten minutes of going back and forth and finally me asking her to cancel the whole reservation she magically says I can check you in but we won’t be doing this anymore… i just looked at her. She then proceeded to say that I may be getting a room with a door that doesn’t work. If you know the door is broken why would you put someone there. At this point I’m fighting to stay on the high road and not completely loose it on this incompetent lady. She gives me the key and I proceed to the room. Red Flag Two! There was so many people hanging out smoking and yelling in the parking lot I thought I was at a shelter. I quickly unloaded my car and got in due to the loitering issue. Once inside I was greater with pest, and didty linen and towels. By this time the front desk workers swapped out. I explained the issue and that I at least wanted new linen and towels as the ones in the room didn’t look clean at all. Again I was met with opposition. I was told I couldn’t move rooms, that they couldn’t give me towels or rags, and that the reason I’m seeing roaches is because they just sprayed! This hotel cost me over $*** for two nights. I ended moving over to *** next door for two nights and paid way less and got a five star stay!

No major complaints, good enough for a quick stay I just wish the floors were cleaner.
