Room was clean. Pool needed upgraded but great for the kids anyways
We were asked when we checked in if we were there a fishing show. We told them no so they said we’ll put you away from that then. They didn’t. We were right in the midst of it. Awoken at 6am to banging from the show being set up. It was in the lobby directly outside our room. The room was terrible. It looked like it was in the middle of renovations. We left first thing in the morning to find another hotel. When we told the front desk about our experience she said nothing. No apology, nothing. We stayed there because the reviews were good and they had a bar/restaurant on site. Definitely will not go there again or recommend to anyone.
The staff was great! We arrived way earlier than anticipated. I was so tired from working all day the previous day and driving all night for 13 hours. They let me check in at 6am. I crashed on the bed so quick! I do appreciate the extra steps they took to let that happen.
