There was no hotel staff on the premises, loby included, for the duration of our 3 day* stay and they did not respond to texts despite asking us to text with any questions. There was no breakfast served in the mornings despite that beint part of the cost of the room, aside from some apples and a gallon of expired milk (waffle machine was empty). The sink sprayed water in all directions as well. Biggest problem, however, was the fact thay the bed was the single hardest one I have ever experienced. My girlfriend legitimately needed medical treatment for muscle pain and muscle spasms after sleeping on that bed one night, and my neck was terrible too. We asked for more blankets to improve it and they couldn't even be bothered to respond. We had to check out an entire day early and drive a 6 hour drive at 2 am because we physically couldn't handle sleeping there a third night due to it causing legitimate medical problems.
