직원들이 너무 친절해서 좋았습니다. 숙소도 깔끔하고 간식도 무료라 좋았습니다.

The staff were extremely polite and welcoming. Everything explained very well despite language barrier and recommendations were great. The coffee in the morning was great and the roof terrace was amazing. I would like to thank the staff for their continued help throughout our stay. They really made our trip to Osaka feel great I have a-lot of respect for them and will definitely book here again the next time we visit.
