This place is full more than 80% of the time and the owners really should invest in upgrading it. The staff is without a doubt AMAZING. All of them. Do better for them - they deserve to work in a healthy, updated, modern environment so they can do their jobs better too.

The staff does a good job with what they have which isn't much. The owner of this property should value it's team and guests by investing in it and giving it the T.L.C the staff and guests deserve. Been staying here almost a month for personal transition reasons and the staff is so lovely. Really and truly they go above and beyond but are also dealing with outdated plumbing, outdated appliances, outdated decor, and things are falling apart --- GIVE THEM THE LUXURY ENVIRONMENT THEY DESERVE TO WORK IN AND GIVE THE GUESTS THE LUXURY THEY DESERVE FOR $120-140 A NIGHT. The top level is used for the Houseless who also deserve the same!!! INVEST IN YOUR PROPERTY!!

Best staff ever Place needs a face lift big time Team is strained because everything keeps breaking or is broke and they are doing the best they can with what they are working with. Ownership really needs to be accountable here Everything is just old and run down...outdated decor . Staines rugs ....the bathrooms look like a factory room ...Zero relax feeling TVs are outdated....no USB bring your wall charger

Not worth it. Questionably secure, barely functional heater, less than comfortably clean. Service also lacks.

The staff is service first for sure and should all be given a holiday bonus because they have gone above and beyond several times. The owner of this property should really invest in upgrading the decor and other modern face lifting like the bathrooms.
