The manager is great. The front desk staff could be a little more thorough when checking customers in. I have been asked twice hours after checking in for information that they failed front staff forgot to retrieve on check in.

As a travel nurse, overall it has been fairly good. However, staff has asked me twice after being paid for a week at a time for additional information that they failed to get when they checked me in. I wish they could get it together.

Location is great super close to the rink a little outdated, but overall very clean and nice staff would stay again

Convenient location, very clean, comfortable bed, and nice amenities such as indoor pool, fitness center, and breakfast. Only negative is we requested non-feather pillows ahead of time and only 2 of the 5 pillows in the room met that requirement. Front desk was unable to find additional pillows because they were booked so we made due with the two pillows.

Had issues at a different hotel (same owner as here) I was not able to check in and stay EVEN WITH IT BEING 100% PAID ALREADY. HOPE YOU PEOPLE WERE ABLE TO ENJOY SPENDING MY MONEY
