22.11.11 Hotel is older and in need of some updates and refreshing, but it's price point in the greater area, makes it competitive. There is NO ELEVATOR and if you are on the 2nd floor or higher, plan on lugging bags up steps. Rooms are comfortable and clean, appears to be new carpet. Staff is GREAT!! I would stay again, but on the 1st floor!
23.09.15When I first checked in the girl was very nice. She had Blonde hair I forget her name. Although I was a little upset we were put on the 3rd floor with our dog while the people behind me were put on the 1st floor. This made taking the dog out a little more exercise, but that wasn't an issue. The room was pretty clean unless you look at the door in the bathroom or the walls and trash cans they all have gross stuff on them you'd think would be cleaned off. We had to tape the back of the remote on because it fell off as soon as we picked it up. The room was OK size bathroom small. My son has anxiety issues and we've been going thru some things. (Which Is why he needs his ESA.)But the worst part of my experience was not my son wetting the bed but the fact they blamed the dog and kept my $50 deposit bc of it. The dog who hasn't had an accident inside in over a year and a half and he's been in different hotels for at least a month. They said they'd have to throw the sheets away so they'd have to keep my 50$ like they don't have a million extra and I've definitely washed pee stains out of sheets before! So my boyfriend went back in to reiterate what I talked about with him and he wouldn't budge on keeping the 50$ deposit so my bf asked to keep the bedding since they'd have to throw it out anyway, he was told yes, so he went to get it and don't you know the cleaners were getting ready to throw it in the washing machine! Wow, really upset with this place but unfortunately certain hotel owners value money over respect of human kind. Wonder if they charged the people before us $50 for the broken remote but never fixed it?! SMH very upset when I left!
