Stoney Creek Hotel& Conference Center

We had to wait at the bar area for 15 minutes for our reservation to go through because I booked the wrong day. The bar tenders Schefanie and Jenna where very enjoyable to talk too, letting us know places in the area to visit and were things are located. They were very professional and did a great job.

The staff was great! We had a nice breakfast buffet in the morning.

Pool was closed for part of the stay and breakfast amenities were not available due to staff shortage according to one of workers

Easy check in process, long line but didn’t take much time for those of us that had used the pre check in option. Staff are always so nice.

Nice staff, clean room, loved the theme suite. Large room, nicely decorated. Did show some signs of wear though, not terrible as I believe this is a man older hotel. Worst part of the stay was the thin walls and the very loud party going on that made it impossible to sleep until it was over. Left very tired the next day.
