Clean rooms and grounds. AC worked well, and fan noise helped it seem quieter. Not the Taj, but a good value. Does have one elevator. Plenty of hot water, water pressure ok. Pool clean and quiet. Breakfast slightly above average for motel self serve . Mostly older guests. Seemed pretty quiet (we were located on top floor close to the pool.)

Nice place for the price.

The hotel was one of the least expensive, so I wasn't expecting too much. But this hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was clean. It was quiet. The staff were helpful. They can even get show tickets. Breakfast was very good. Evening dessert after the shows was also nice. The room was as quiet as it could be. The hallways were outside, which is not my wife's preference, but other than that the stay was EXCELLENT.
