25.09.22Our room was clean our bed comfortable and the view was beautiful. We would stay here again. Location is convenient to exploring both North & South attractions and also Mackinac Island.

25.08.11 The room smells musty, curtains are old and starting to fall apart. Tub is pealing paint. You have to hold the toilet handle down to get the toilet to flush. I appreciate the toiletries. Where is the hair conditioner? The ceiling shows signs of watered leaks. Cell phone service is very poor in room.

You have to ask for towels and or room servicing even for multiple days . Bathrooms are dated , shower valve was wonky , fan noisy . Outlets and lights on bed were non functional with the exception of one . Latch wouldn’t lock on slider door . Carpeting on the balconies was pulling up and a trip hazard especially at top of stairs . Added bonus was a smoke alarm that would sound every once in awhile for no apparent reason. Padded chair was dirty .
