Our room was perfect and overlooking the lake. The beds were so comfortable! The staff was so nice and accommodating. They went above and beyond!
The front desk clerk was unprofessional. I had called the day before and was told we could check in at 1:00. She complained about me wanting early check in. The room was ready, as promised. It was unnecessary the way she behaved. The room was clean. Breakfast was good. Upon check-out, I had to find the front desk clerk. I waited 10 minutes to check out. Turns out, she was outside smoking. She came in with her cigarettes and lighter in hand, reeking of smoke. She said I could have "just left the key at the desk if I didn't want a receipt". Very unprofessional.
The room was clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast bar was excellent. The view is great with lake access. I love this place. It is also very quiet.
