25.02.123박4일로 쿠사츠 에 갓다왔는데 호텔 사장님이 친절하시고 센스가 좋습니다 눈많이 오는 날에는 부츠도 구비 해주시고 물어보는것도 친절하게 알려 주셔서 호텔에 묵을때 불편한거 없이 잘 쉬다가 한국에 왔습니다~!

24.03.30Even though Kusatsu is a little hard to get to from Tokyo, I am so glad I did purely to stay at this hotel. What a beautiful place and experience I had, don't have anything negative to say only that I wish I could have stayed longer. The food was the best I have had in Japan and the staff were so lovely, made me feel really special. Would definitely go back!! And don't want to forget the onsen which was also really well kept and just peaceful! Perfect stay, thank you!

24.03.28Lovely breakfast and dinner. Our hostess Miki made us very welcome and was helpful during our stay. Nice onsite Onsen in the property is a plus.

24.01.27The ryokan is very convenient. It is a stone throw away from the outdoor onsen and Yubatake. My room is very clean and spacious. Can easily take up to 4 person. The front desk lady is very attentive and speaks good English. It is recommended for 1-2 nights stay. There is free parking at the main ryokan just across the road.
