We were just there for a quick 2 night trip. I have been to several Seaside motels over the years and the Sea Palace is definitely at the top of the list. I didn’t get his name but the man at the front desk was super friendly. Not forgetting most places here are old and run down, this is not a new place but it is taken care of. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. I think many bad reviews are of people who have unrealistic expectations. You aren’t going to the Four Seasons. It’s a comfortable and clean place to stay. I will be back again next year.

room was clean and spacious. staff was wonderful. air worked, we had hot water, and water pressure in the shower. the bathroom had liquid hand soap and shampoo dispensers (that were filled). our stay was for 2 nights and we got clean towels the second night. location was great. 2 small blocks from the boardwalk. 2 convenient stores near by( nice for traveling with kids). pool was small and not the best but we didn't stay there for the pool, we went to the beach. we will deffinately star there again
