26.01.08the room was clean, the shower was hot and our room was close to the elevator and it was a great experience for much better price then some of the big chain hotels

26.05.26I was double charged at time of booking and during check-in. At the time of booking, i opted to pay at property: they charged my debit card but indicated that no money was paid..just a holding to reserve. At check-in, i paid the property. I discovered later the payment at time of booking was also charged thru'. So, in effect, i paid twice !! I sent email to property (as advised by Agoda), but no reply to date!! totally ignored!

At the time of booking, i opted to pay at property: they charged my debit card but indicated that no money was paid..just a holding to reserve. At check-in, i paid the property. I discovered later the payment at time of booking was also charged thru'. So, in effect, i paid twice !! I sent email to property (as advised by Agoda), but no reply to date!! totally ignored!
