Aspasios Calle Mayor Apartments

Great location, clean & comfortable. The washer\dryer was very handy. The bedding was very clean & comfortable. Highly recommend.

5분각으로 마드리드광장 숙소 기준 15분 내외 솔광장과 마드리드왕궁 유명한 추러스며 맛집들이 다 근접한 거리 아파트이지만 엘베도 있고 깔끔하고 모던한 인테리어 주방도 있어서 간단한 조리도 할 수 있고 세탁도 할 수 있어요 세탁키트와 주방에 필요한 주방세제 키트도 다 있었답니다 매우 흡족한 숙소였어요^^♡

I would very much recommend this apartment if you’re ever in Barcelona. It’s perfect location. Right across is the market and everything is within walking distance. The guys who met us to welcome us and explain how everything works, I think his name was Mauro. He was very nice , friendly and made sure that have everything we need for our stay. He was very thorough on explaining how everything works from entering the building gate to opening and locking out our apartment doors. Everything is digital. We can open our door through the link he sent us on our phone. I really like the location, it’s perfect. No issues on cleanliness and they provided even all the basic essentials for our stay . They even provided extra laundry pods soap. Just be very aware that if you’re staying on any apartment in Spain that their washer / dryer is NOT really a true dryer. It’s not even a complain to Aspacios . It’s just their appliance in Europe is not the same in America where you can have instantaneous dry clothes. In Spain you have to use the drying rack they provided for you. If you are planning on doing wash, I would recommend to do it at night before going to bed and use the spin cycle / wringing the clothes to remove excess water , do that at least 3x or more then hang it… you should have dry clothes the next day. As long as you’re not washing heavy thick material clothing. All in all we were very happy with our stay and would stay with Aspacios again the next time we come back to Barcelona. I would say if there’s any Aspacios in any part of Spain stay & go with them. I also booked my three night stay in Madrid and I had a pleasant stay.

아이포함 7명 이용했는데 만족했어요 다른분들께도 추천합니다. 저희가 느끼는 단점이라고는 문 여닫는 소리가 조금 크다와 저희가 체크아웃후 밤 10시 30분까지 짐보관을 맡겨야하는데 24시간 보관가능하면서 7명 짐을 저렴한 비용에 맡기기 위해 근처에 적당한곳 찾기가 힘들긴 했어요. 조금의 비용을 지불하더라도 짐보관만 그 건물에서 가능했다면 너무 좋았을것 같아요. 2박만 머문게 아쉬웠어요

Great location , clean apartment with working elevator. Transportation no problem, plenty of taxi infront of the bldg. walking distance to plaza Mayor and Gran Via. Lots of restaurants in the area. Will definitely recommend this place.
