I've traveled extensively for work for several years and have stayed at many hotels, motels, hostels and inns. Elite Inn is very classic old New England small town comfort. I'm staying in late October; it takes a little while for the heater to warm the room but once it gets up to temperature it's steady and just right. The microwave and refrigerator are clean and functional, the bathroom is clean and fully functional. The bed mattress is soft rather than firm but is clean and sleepable. There is no traditional coffee maker in the room but there might be a coffee option in the lobby. The room door is sturdy and intact, all lighting and outlets are intact and functional. The environment during my stay is quiet and uneventful. 5 star stay, everything is just right.

Was pretty good, nice understanding people, friendly. Tub didnt really drain though. They accommodate to your needs.

We had a heater in our room that produced AC only, Our water took over 30 minutes just to get luke warm, our window was unlockable and loose. Our vent in the bathroom did not work, and we had terrible wifi connection at this so called hotel. More like a dump run by staff that are only interested in your money. I am an avid hotel stayer over 120 days throught hotels in the passed 5 months and have never experienced such rude, unaccomadating staff, as well us uncempt poor living conditions! Highly do not recommend this "hotel"

I booked here because I had a house fire and Red Cross gave me disaster relief funds. On the second night I booked full price using the business itself, and they double booked me. They refused to repay my money, and also they made up an outlandish lie that was very easily provably false. And worst case scenario, if the lie was true, then my money was still stolen from me without my knowledge and used. I then booked this night on agoda to save money. But this caused me to have to, the next night, sleep outside in the rain as the other funds were used for the house fire and I was still not allowed back in my home. I found this out at the last minute and was not able to find anywhere to go or anywhere to stay. This place can absolutely abysmal customer service.
