Good room staff was very helpful. Nice place to stay!
It’s a small town hotel. Its dated. It’s reasonably clean needing refurbishing. I wouldn’t stay there again!
Unfortunately this was not a great experience. 1. Thermostat was broken and the room was honestly 90 degrees plus. Absolutely miserable.
2. NO HOT WATER!!!!!!!!. So we couldn’t shower.
3. Toilet leaked all over floor.
4. Mini fridge was so loud that it had to be unplugged.
5. Poor wiring.
6. Checkout was a terrible experience. They were literally knocking on our door at 11. And 3 minutes later we received a call basically asking us to leave. There were 2 other cars in the lot!!! Good grief. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
It smelled like a spa, front desk was very nice!
We stayed Christmas night. My son LOVED the perfect bed and my mom fell asleep immediately on (her needed choice) the couch because everything was so inviting. BUT
by far, the most wonderful thing was the courteous front desk clerk. He helped my mother, helped with pictures, helped with my great-niece’s little one and offered great solutions for a way for us to have Christmas. We will be forever grateful.
