The onsen was also very tranquil and pleasant.
Room was comfortable although I found the mattress a bit hard.
The owl spotting was the highlight. The bird viewing area was comfortable and ensured a pleasant and peaceful wait till past midnight. The free flow coffee from the machine kept the wait possible :)
Staff members were friendly and service at the restaurant was very good esp at dinner.
24.11.04 Well maintained facilities, always improving. Staff are well trained, speak English and ever so hospitable and attentive. Dinner is kaiseki (paid for) and free lunch can be preordered if we stay more than a nite. Recommend staying at least 2 nites to immerse n enjoy.
24.06.21 impressive hotel set up, professional & warmer services by the entire team.
