걸프 테라스 호텔

I have confirmed reservation on this hotel, Unfortunately when I arrived at 1:00 pm they told me there is no availability. Employee in reception told last room just given to this family. That is mean they give my room to another person. I contacted Agoda through twitter (this is only available way) and they didn't reply until now.
