하이-호: 어 하이-테크 호텔

On a road trip and stopped in Fairfield, CT on my way north to visit old friends. They recommended the Hi Ho and it was right down the road. The cost was reasonable upon research. The room was clean and comfortable and the bed let me sleep like a rock! I wish it had a mini fridge and a full length mirror. Contactless was new to me- there was nothing in the FAQs on what to expect so I had to keep calling: 1. Book with Agoda, fill out form and pay 2. Receive link from Hi Ho and fill out form, pay additional $10 facility fee - for what I have no idea- upload photo id and selfie. 3. Get text with room access code. 4. Want ice? Call to get that access code. If I had reserved earlier, those texts would have eventually come, but as a last minute reservation sitting in the hotel lot, I had to keep calling for the next step. The operator answered quickly. Both the phone operator and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful through out my stay.

No staff on-site, which is why I gave it 3 stars, but the remote check-in process was relatively easy. The hotel was clean, convenient, and reasonably priced. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Construction kept us up all night

This is ok if you just need a place to sleep. I couldn't take a shower because there was no water pressure, to the point the water barely dripped from the faucet when it was on full blast. Very minimal room with minimal amenities. Virtual check in with no staff.
