So I rented this room and right off the start, the heater in the room did not work. I contacted the front office and the young lady walked over to the room and as we approached she says " Oh you have that room" which obviously didn't give me a lot of good feeling. She stated that they had problems with the unit in the room in the past and that she will contact maintenance. Long story short it still wasn't fixed by the time we left. At the same time, I inform her that the toilet was leaking, again was met with staff being unconcerned as if they already knew it was a problem. It wasn't a frightening experience but the lack of care and the outdated room made it not so great for the price. If you wanted my opinion on picking this place versus going somewhere else. I would suggest going somewhere else.
