It was amazing wonderful host Breakfast and diner are a must try !

We love each and every bit of our stay at Chillps. There is no doubt we would return to their accommodation if we ever returned. The host is so friendly and nice. The place is beautiful and warm. It looks best on the whole street. After a whole day of ski, book your time slot to show and sit in their warm bath - heavenly! There is also a bus stop right outside to be picked up to go to the ski resort. Everything is organised and neat. Only downside is convenience stores are not near. Everything else is perfect.

Staff was superb. Quality of breakfast was great! Everything was clean and comfy. Ski lift easily walkable if you don't want to wait for a shuttle though closest convenience store is a bit of a walk. Close to the bus stop from Shinjuku.

Really nice and clean. The hosts were super friendly and accommodating and I had a really good time here

Very comfortable environment with warm-hearted service and sufficient facilities (including a ski equipment room). Highly recommended!
