We had a last minute stay in Laredo, and decided to try out the Family Garden Inn & Suites. Overall a standard quality. My only observation is that the floors and some of the furniture I spotted some crumbs, probably from a previous guest. Other than this, everything else was acceptible and the price through Agoda was good.

Very close to the airport with free shuttle, which is great but difficult to book from airport unless you call direct them ahead. Nice happy hour ans free shuttle to airport

The only problem I have when we stay is the hot water is never hot it's like Luke warm took temp of water coming out of shower was only 97 degrees told them 1st day was there and on day 2 still same 97 degrees but overall great place

Usually spend our 34 at Family garden inn and suites. Love having a pool and hot tub to relax in. Rooms are nice, the cabana is lovely, and the staff are very friendly. Our go to when we can! Recommend 10/10!

Our stay was good. Some of the issues were that we asked for the trash to be taken out of the room and they told us to leave outside by the door. We did this but they never replaced the bags. So we didn't have any bags in our trash cans after that. As far as tells her concerned, we have to go get our towels and take into dirty ones. I think that's a waste of time and that's not very sanitary. The purpose location is small for everyone staying at that place so we were never able to have breakfast there and they only make two kettles of coffee and that's it. They don't have decaf either. They had only one waffle maker working and there was people online just to get a waffle but they had an employee making waffles and passing them out. They had no iron anymore or iron in the rooms available for guests. They need to provide low tables and chairs instead of bar chairs and high tables. Not everyone can sit on those chairs especially children to eat in the room. The chair they had there was basically on the floor and was very hard to get up from the chair.
