My mother and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Comfort Inn. The staff were friendly and supportive and the breakfast was very good. The room was clean, with cable TV, and soft beds. Bathroom was fine. This place is near the highway as well, so give it a try as you wont regret it.

We chose a non-smoking room but the corridor had an intense smell of cannabis we asked to change rooms, they gave us a room further ahead on the same floor, refusing to upgrade to the lower floor, even making myself available to pay.

Upon entering our room we were hit with a strong stench of mildew. Two of the lamp shades between our beds were crushed and not in working order. The same set of lights were not working in the adjoining room. There were dead bugs in two of our rooms. And there was a spill of some kind that was clearly visible on the nightstand, the wall, the bed, the carpet, the sheets and on the bed shams. The ceiling paint was chipped away and falling in several spots. One of the sheets on the queen bed were stained. The shower was in very poor condition. The water temperature was extremely difficult to control. I could go on and on but I think you get the picture. If I were offered a free 3 rooms, 3 week stay, I would run in the opposite direction. Needless to say, "I will never stay at another Comfort Inn & Suites EVER again!!!
