25.02.18I don't know if every room is like this but the one I was staying in did not look anything like the picture that you guys got on your website and the room look terrible and roaches all over the room and the room was just terrible 😞

24.04.25If you like broken ice machines, no ice buckets no trash cans no blankets on your bed roaches crawling up the wall holes in the wall a cracked sink mold in the bathroom then it’s a great place to stay. Otherwise it sucks if I would’ve known it was gonna be like this and I had extra money I would not be staying here. I feel like I’ve been put in the projects and I don’t appreciate it. I will never recommend your service or this hotel.

24.04.21The hotel was infested with roaches. The floor would leave your feet black after getting out of the shower. I actually wound up bringing in some carpet mats and putting them down so we had something clean to walk to in the room. Roaches would crawl everywhere, wound up buying industrial roach spray, but not even that helped much. Honestly, very poor quality. Also, the lamp shades were missing, and they did not offer a fridge and microwave as advertised. I would not recommend if you have cleanliness concerns. It was pretty bad.

23.10.01I reserved a smoking room but was put in a non smoking room, there was no wifi, and the front desk person was completely rude and useless, I'm requesting a refund because this was by far the worst experience I've had at any of the places I've stayed

25.02.28Came to sign for a doctor's appointments and happened to stay at the motel 6 the first part of my stay and then was informed I went to a different hotel for the rest of my day clearly it wasn't to the liking of motel 6 because I might have mentioned to the housekeeper that I had to move and is she told her boss who then intern called the place that I booked that said don't run to me do I trash their place total lies I didn't trash anything and they liked my face and told me they didn't say that to them over there already going to watch. Not really sure what I did to warrant that but I can tell you one thing totally uncool totally unprofessional and clearly clearly you have people employed for you that do not know the laws especially in the lodging industry
