Enjoyed the well working air.

I reserved a week, at check-in I was put on 3rd floor, I let staff know I had surgery the next asked if there was any possible way I would like to be moved to a lower floor. Needless to say I never heard anything else from staff. I wasn't able to get the free breakfast all and had to have my child miss a day of school and had to ask other people to come take him to school rest of the time I was unable to climb the 3 flights of stairs never got to leave my room til checkout and the housekeeper just walked in one day didn't come back for 2 days. It was not what I had expected as I had stayed a lot before that. Please do better super 8

Went to Agoda to book room. Filled out for Aug 24 and for two beds. My booking came back Aug 28 and for one bed. When I went to their site I found you can't talk to anyone direct and their reply was nothing could be changed. Called Super Eight and talk to office person and he said he would have manager call me and he didn't. Called two more times and he wouldn't call me back. So I had to pay for a room I didn't even use.
