la atención, el personal del hotel, todos muy atento, limpieza de la habitación y sobre todo la comodidad del hotel, para recomendar al hotel

o Check in começa as 14 horas em ponto e nenhum minuto a menos. chegamos mais cedo e devido a ser alta temporada já sabiíamos que não iriamos conseguir fazer o check in antecipado, entretanto quando foi 13:30 perguntei se o quarto já estava disponível e o atendente dize que não, quando foi 13:53 perguntei novamente e a mesma resposta!
Quando foi 13:59 me direcionei novamente na recepção mas o quarto so foi liberado as 14:00 em ponto!
Checkin went well, nice location but the staff is questionable about their responses to my questions. The internet was very weak in my room so I asked about it. They said they will reset the router. But at no time did I lose internet during the reset process…..jus weak as usual. I ask again the next day and the staff told me they will call the tech guy. Needless to say nothing changed. On checkin, staff gave me a drink voucher. I din’t request my drink until the evening of the 2nd night. They told me the bar staff was not in or already left for the evening. I asked again on Day 3 at 1:14 pm. Staff said the bar staff doesn’t arrive until 7pm.
Péssimo hotel, não recomendo!! Quartos imundos, cheirando cigarro, mobilias quebradas, quarto faltando frigobar, banheiro minúsculo, nada condiz com as fotos do site!! Fujam que é furada...
