25.04.19I am flabbergasted by hotel and service provided.
25.04.14I have never encountered such incompetence and mismanagement at a hotel in life. Upon arrival, the hotel cancelled our pre-paid reservation, and proceeded to put us in a room without a kitchen or a pull out bed, which we paid for. Hotel staff never answered the phone at the front desk EVER during our entire stay. Any time we needed toilet paper, clean towels, etc., they wrote our request on a notepad and proceeded to never address the issues.
25.02.28Located near Midtown and near the North Ave Station transit situation, this hotel is ideal for a base point for exploring Atlanta.
Our room was on the 24th floor and had lots of noise from the wind, the traffic, and the slightly open, but screwed shut patio door. The tub did not drain. Maintenance was efficient and took care of those things.
Lack of towels (3 people on the reservation and only 2 towels in the room) and lack of backup toilet paper (a half roll for 3 people and no extra rolls). Front desk was able to provide those.
Bed was comfortable, kitchenette was well stocked, and elevator was rather quick. Temperature in the room was good once the patio door was fixed. Breakfast was decent and the "social hour" on Monday evening was a pleasant surprise since we weren't told about it at check-in.
Our main complaint was housekeeping - the first visit, they pulled the covers up on one bed (definitely wasn't "made") and didn't touch the other because it had a hair clip on it. They took the extra towel we had gotten from the front desk, but didn't take any other used towels and didn't replace the extra. And the icing on the cake, housekeeping repeatedly knocked on the door at 8 am on the day of checkout while the "Do Not Disturb" sign was posted. Very frustrating.
Overall, for the cost, it's a decent place to stay if you know what to expect.
24.11.25The hotel price is reasonable. It’s included a good breakfast. However, there also some downsides, such as Wi-Fi speed is poor. Additionally, the fridge in my room is noisy.
24.10.12The hotel was over sold and didn't have rooms available..and they offered to put us in a different hotel in the same building.. which was of sub standard... With very bad front office experience...it took over 1 hr to check in.. pls avoid this hotel..
