Postive: Relaxe Beautiful area Friendly staff Negative : Bad wifi Bed not comfortable Need a lot of renovations

I wish it was only my room, but based on the state of the hallways, I think it’s safe to assume the entire hotel is in shambles. I’ve included a few photos to show other guests just how bad my room was. It should not be rented out to anyone. I booked this hotel as a treat to do onsen, but this place was a nightmare. Also, I was not provided a Mountain View even though my room was listed as having a Mountain View. Crumbling walls with exposed holes, floor panels peeling off, stained furniture, stained sheets, mold on walls, are some examples. Buyer beware. Stay away from this place until they fully renovate. That said, breakfast was nice and I’m sure the staff is doing the best they can with what they have to work with, but I’m seriously traumatized from staying in that room.

There aren't much choice around the area, this hotel is budget friend and it's walking distance to the ski park, so it is a perfect hotel to stay in if you want to spend less time commute and more time having fun at the ski park.
