The hotel is lovely. Staffing is minimal. I tried calling for a reservation and was put on hold numerous times without success. I eventually needed to book through Expedia. Also, the cafe is closed on Thursdays and Saturdays so I was not able to get something to eat on property when I returned to the hotel on a Thursday night (I was not aware of the closure).

The bathroom had a strong urine smell. Come to find out there was pee all under the seat on the bowl. The 2 days we stayed food area was closed and no bar tender to get there drinks. While sitting downstairs we wanted to have the fireplace going to.be warm. But they said it was never hooked up. And when my daughter asked a cleaner for more tissues cause outs were out she was told.she had to go to front desk. 4/10
