At check-in, I was only informed the hot tub and pool was not open when I asked about the times of use. The literal ONLY reason I booked this hotel was for the hot tub. When we were given the key to the king room, the room smelled and had a couch that was broken. We had to pay for the king suite-🤣- because the other king room was a bed and a broken kitchen chair. The suite has a table and chair-the table wobbles like it will fall apart at any moment, the couch is usable but had to be wiped down as it was dirty, and the uncomfortable king bed squeaked if you breathed. The toilet seat moved when you sat on it. The shower head had good pressure and the water was hot, so that was a plus. Breakfast was scarce. Overall a poor experience! Absolutely would not recommend. Oh, and the elevator has a strong smell of spices. It’s almost unbearable!

Front desk workers could be more polite, and helpful. Less critical and dramatic. Hanna, a young front desk attendant ranted on my very first night about how a former customer had been drunk in the lobby most of the day. She continued telling us about the drama in the lobby and even the details of the outcome (she eventually called the police and he was banned for life). She could grow into adulthood and THEN do adult things (such as work the front desk in HOSPITALITY!) Furthermore, the Manager or Owner (Danny) has been very kind and considerate in regards to allowing extra time after check out to pay our bill. As long as we pay it within a few hours he allows us to stay. He is a kind man. Sam *(front desk)* needs recognition & should be named the employee of the year! She is great, very kind & helpful & works hard to make guest satisfied & comfortable. Overall, very clean. Rooms could use updated renovations, and the parking lot could use some attention (trash, cigarette butts).
