Last year I stayed here for almost a year. No problems. Management was awesome. All the workers were awesome fast-forward to the last couple of weeks. I’ve stayed here a few times again. Staff is amazing maintenance man is awesome management on the other hand needs to be managed. I called at 8 o’clock, so let them know that my TV was not working and by 10 nobody had showed up to pick it up to fix it. The bathroom was not fixed properly because the maintenance man wasn’t given the proper part to fix it so I sat and listened to water run for over 45 minutes in my room, I wish the old manager would come back.! when I called at 8 o’clock to tell management that my TV wasn’t working she told me that she would see if the maintenance man would come take care of it. I paid *** for this room. I should at least have a TV and water that turns off. When the maintenance man did come to fix the water, I asked if anyone had ever had called him earlier about my TV. He said he didn’t hear about it.

First off be sure to put in the actual address... if you type the name it will bring you several miles down the road where there is nothing. When this happened I tried to call and got no answer. Check in was fine. Room smelled musty and smokey. Tub handle was loose and dripped the whole time but water was warm. Didn't even get a bath mat- towel reeked of bleach. Was only one dim light in the room, only 2 pillows on a big king bed. The extra chain lock on my door was not present and there was a sizable gap when closing the door- not enough to see through but just less than that. Good for one night and no more. The bacon at breakfast was good. They came knocking at my door a half hour before checkout

The place was very dirty, a lot of homeless people were there all the time, the towels very dirty like a draft, the floor was not clean, and the door was locked cannot open had to try 3 times at least to open. With the towels they give me only 2 towels for 2 nights stay, came down to the front desk at for extra the staff at me to bringing dirty towels to exchange. I asked her about the cleaning room, she said they will be clean 1 a week not for every guest when I check out. I myself not recommend this place.
