Overall, I'd recommend this place. For the price I paid it was decent, BUG FREE, clean, and the staff were friendly. Due to covid, there was no free breakfast but they did have fresh hot coffee waiting at the front desk.

My friends and I had to do a last minute booking in North Plainfield and this was the only hotel we found located exactly in the area where we needed to be. We selected this hotel because of its 9.4 review in Agoda which I think is not justified at all. We came between 2:30am to 3am and had the last room (225) and found bed bugs. The receptionist Niel was at least willing to help us but there was no other room to transfer to. We decided to wait the next day to transfer and all 3 of us slept in one queen bed with fear. We found a room the next day after checking 4 rooms. Cleanliness is a major issue in this place. Housekeepers are old, seems they can barely see the dirt - they only sweep the floor and uses an old vacuum in carpeted rooms which doesn't make any sense. Floors are sticky too. We see roaches on daily basis! Spoke to the manager, Keyur about having our room vacuumed and he refused. We had a late flight on our last day and were also refused of our request to have a late check out at 4pm despite of all the issues we were having and even if the hotel is obviously not fully booked. Keyur seemed to only know how to answer "NO". We paid for our late check out and didn't get a receipt. As a hotelier who also have worked in Wyndham Hotels Group, this place has no standards at all and hospitality doesn't exist. It was definitely a wrong choice to have selected this hotel for 9 nights!
