I was very happy with my room. Bed was comp. So clean pool was great. People were great. I will stay again when w am in town. I

The hotel was convenient for my needs. First night i had a king room on the second floor and after a long day it was quiet and pleasant. I switched rooms for my second night because my son decided to stay with me. Thats when things turned. Noisy guests from the bar woke me up at 1am. I didn't like that all entrances of the hotel were secured but patrons of the bar had access to the shared hotel restrooms. When i tried to speak with someone about it 3x (the next morning & early evening) there was no one in the lobby only a sign that said call a # for assistance. The beds were tidy and the room clean. The night manager was very nice and welcoming. The restaurant was good, pizza was VERY GOOD. Wanted to grab a bite another night but was disappointed that they closed for service earlier than what was posted. Will stay again my next visit to the area.

I called before check in to see if I could have a connecting room since we were a party of 5 one night and 6 the other . I was told just to come and never listened to during the call. Check in was seamless. The room was clean. One room the smoke detector chirping and heat not working right. The front desk investigated immediately. Some newer light fixtures but the room felt dated and all the brown carpet needs to be replaced. The TV was small and one tv had some stations the other didn’t. Room was spacious overall with a patio area ( we didn’t use since we visited in the winter) . The light blocking curtain’s really good in one room since the beds were on opposite walls in each room. Seasonal breakfast in the summer and in the off season coffee and tea. The pool was closed both days we were here. There was a blizzard two days before and there wasn’t any other hotel choices. The parking area was a sheet of ice For the cost upwards of $400 a night I wouldn’t stay here . I wouldn’t go out of my way to stay here even if it was $200 a night. There’s a major rotary and bridge next door and I was surprised I didn’t hear any road noise.

I could not stay at the hotel. My goal was to escape the blizzard. Got to the hotel and there was no plowing done. The entrance was not shoveled and dangerous. I fell down. When I got to the room it was COLD. Only a wall heater that blew cool air. The hotel should not have been taking guests with the conditions inside and outside!
