Cleanliness is primary. The facility had a bad smell and the sheets were dirty. Rest were food and staff was friendly.

Clean and great place

I was in the room less than an hour and found a bed bug crawling on the sheets. It has been 3 days and I have yet to hear from a manager or receive a refund.

The price was very reasonable and the room appeared to be clean. It smelt amazing and was brightly lit. However there were roaches in our room (104) in the stand under the TV, the television didn't work, wifi didn't work, there are no phones in the rooms, the pool was closed for the season during the hottest month of the year (August) the free breakfast is bread and cereal items and they prefer you don't eat it because they are "broke". Our door was broken so it didn't shut all the way 90% of the time. Most of the employees who work there live there and cause issues with guests. Knock on ur door every hour. If you don't check out by 11 am there is a 20$ late fee and they will call you every 5 minutes until you rebook or leave. The shower was molded, and the window was screwed shut( fire hazard) then the bed had badly stained sheets on it. Last but not least we don't drive so we had to carry our packages off the property and luggage when we didn't have it off of the property within an hour the manager called the police on us.
