It was the most filthy place I have ever been at dirty rooms bathroom was grouse toilet didn't work no tp paper , no towels blanket and sheets were dirty no pillows and I had no place else to go so I cleaned my room and when I asked for things I needed like towels ect. Never got then I I when to sleep and when I woke up I was covered in red spots call a family member and was told to look at the bed around it and found bed bugs so went to the doctor right then and was told I was covered in bed bug bites was given med and told to tell the hotel which I did and was called a lier that the didn't have bed bugs which I told them that I was not like this when I came to stay there and he told me that there was nothing I could do asked for my money back and was told that he couldn't do that I had to have a shot and take medicine and was in pain and was sick because of it and was treated badly my manager I want someone to make this right I want my money back for this trip and all the money I had to put out for this place and what I when through
