For starters the place is gross. It’s an absolute hole. Paid for a king suite with jacuzzi. About 10 or 15 minutes or so into filling the jacuzzi I paid for. I get a knock on the door from a front desk staff member angrily asking me “What are you doing?! It’s flooding from the ceiling in the lobby!” Um, nothing filling the jacuzzi tub. Water was slowly leaking out from the base of the faucet, where it should be attached firmly and sealed. So water flows through only the pipes. With that leak, it dripped down the side of the tub onto the step into the tub. And literally maybe 3oz of water got on the tile on the floor surrounding the tub. Where you would be standing if you got out. Less water than would be dripping off your body. He tries blaming me acting like that’s flooding the lobby. He leaves, then returns, not a joke, with a pillow case and a t-shirt “to clean and dry up the floor”. I investigated the situation when he stepped out. Because all I did was turn on the water. I’m like buddy, that splash of water that barely dampened the towel already used to wipe it up isn’t flooding your lobby. The faucet is just set over the pipe, not fixed in place or sealed at all, you can just lift it straight up to an exposed water line. There’s small openings surrounding the pipe. Where the faucet should be attached and sealed. So the water is leaking from the base and slowly flowing/draining down into the holes into the space under the tub. Leading to leaking through ceiling of the lobby. Absolutely mind blowing chain of events. The guy was so stupid, arguing with me, not understanding what’s happening while I’m actively pointing, showing and explaining it. Good times. Avoid at all costs.

For the last 2 stays at this location my room was not cleaned properly. The floors were not swept and mopped. Especially the bathroom. The tubs were not cleaned at all. I even had fecal matter on the bottom of my toilet seat and had to have the front desk person call someone to come "clean" my rooms. The houseman came to my room with glass cleaner and attempted to clean but did a horrible job. I had to go to the store to get my own cleaning supplies to clean my bathroom and to wipe down the tables in my room. Luckily I have a background as a housekeeper/room inspector so cleaning the room was easy for me. The hotel was completely sold out so I could not switch rooms and I was no compensated at all. Also there was no explanation as to why this property chooses not to accept reservations from Agoda.
