24.04.22 There was a wrapper with 1/2 of a granola bar right under the first bed, and big piece of a rock hard brownie right on top of the heater and the curtains were on opposite of each other. The pillows on the bed were so disfigured, they were square in shape, but the sheets and towels were clean. They were going to charge me about 132.00 per night but I went through Agoda and got 82.00. I gave them a 50.00 deposit on my card when I got there, and they supposedly refunded when I left on the morning of the 20th,, but have not seen it yet. I was glad I didn’t pay the full amount.
23.09.29 The room was great considering the price but two staff members in particular were rude and impatient and they both just so happen to be women. Aside from that all the other staff members were excellent and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
