25.11.19Need toilet freshers in the washroom it was smelly, and we had to spray our own perfume.
Swimming pool is enjoyable but the play spot for children should have been opened inside the pool area.

25.11.02My one night stay was started off with a great encounter at the front desk. Easy check in. Pool and waterside were fun and the 3 lifeguards on duty were very friendly and even took some pics of me coming down the slide for my kids. Food was decent at the restaurant where the staff was awesome. Room was clean with a comfortable bed. Bathroom was ok. Wallpaper was peeling behind toilet and there was no soap provided. They had shampoo, conditioner, moisturizer, and shower gel.

25.09.20The room smells odd. Room is carpet which is old style and looks dirty. The bedsheet feels like it was not changed. Just booked this hotel because of the swimming pool.

25.09.16Clean, spacious and comfortable bed. Location is also convenient among many walkable restaurants nearby. Like the walking shower instead of bath tub.

26.05.27The hotel room was very nice, airport shuttle staff was exceptional but the TV in my room was not working. I called front desk and they said someone would come and look, I called a second time and again they said someone was on their way. Finally 45 mins later I walked down to the front desk. Nothing was done other than I was told I could go watch the game in the bar.

26.05.26Room is clean, but the air con seems not working, luckily it is in Spring. Location is excellent, it's among the lowest priced hotel in Thunder Bay, no more complaint.
