Suter Palace Boutique Hotel

Had a pleasant experience, it's a good location for tourists, the staff was great, bed was comfy, room was quiet and had blackout curtains. Would stay here again.

Truly a boutique offering. The restaurant is also excellent.

It appears that the hotel has serious issues with accuracy and transparency in their billing practices. I urge the management to conduct a thorough investigation into these discrepancies and improve their communication and record-keeping processes. My experience was marred by these issues, and it reflects poorly on what should be a reputable establishment. Despite my attempts to seek clarification, it became clear that the staff were poorly coordinated and confused, leading to further frustration.

Well recommend this boutique hotel to all travellers to Bucharest !!
