Staff are very kind and helpful. Location is great. They help with organizing tours also. The only downside maybe not the best repirment of the room. But good for its value

The room with no window is terrible. It’s inside the building and you can hear everything when people come home all hours of the night. Not just a little bit either it’s loud as there is zero insulation. And the bathroom is dingy and small. I don’t know what the other rooms were like but the one I had was the worst in 2 months in Vietnam. And while it was marginally cheaper than others it wasn’t significant enough to justify the conditions.

On the positive side the location is great and the staff are friendly. On the negative, there is NO breakfast available. Do not pay extra for it like we did. There is NO fitness room unless you count activities loosely related to massage. The deluxe double room was built for a masochistic pygmy and not big enough to swing a Manx kitten, let alone a cat. There is no natural light but plenty of neon glow from the hallway. There is also the delightful intermittent beeping from the crazy modem setup just outside the internal window. The room was clean enough except for mini toilet which showed the stains of one million 'drops'. Exchange rate for money was a fair bit lower than on the street although tours were fairly priced. I peeked in some of higher end rooms and they looked better.
