Sheridan Bogota

Hotel Sheridan is within walking distance to Corferias, a money exchange office and restaurants with local fare. Beds are clean and comfortable. Some renovations are being done to enlarge the eating spaces and the choices at breakfast were good-eggs, sausage, tamales and rice with beans-plus you can order eggs. Things I would like to see: black pepper and serviettes on the table, at least one comfortable reading chair by a light in the rooms, tissues in the rooms and an extra blanket available. The cleaning staff should not hold the elevator up. Reception staff and dining staff are wonderful and because my Spanish is limited I appreciated those who have some English.

The property was not in a good shape. There is no AC in the rooms. Considering the conditions, it was overpriced. Thankfully, the staff was friendly and doing the best to help the guests.

La reserva, es decir el valor y los servicios del hotel (parqueadero) no eran los mismos que aparecían en la página trivago. Por lo cual tuvimos muchos inconvenientes en el registro...además el cobro fue inmediato con la tarjeta de crédito. El desayuno nos pareció bueno y la habitación acorde con el precio de oferta. Una vez salimos nos seguían explicando que era un error de la página...información que a los clientes nos parece irrelevante.
