hotel oke only the oyo company not good owners hotel oke

The receptionist refuses any solutions...and just meets any suggestions with rejection...some people are not supposed to work in the service industry. I suggested that I can check in a different room or a room that will be ready later today...all I get is NO. I tried to adjust the arrival dates but the system won't allow me. And I'm still waiting in the lobby for a solution...after a very long travel.
