25.08.20This is a trucker overnight. I was afraid to get out of my car and left. … and they didn’t answer my call for refund. I did a cc dispute.

22.02.01Internet kept crashing so bad that sending an email would not work. No breakfast as advertised which was why we booked it. Not even a coffee. If covid was the reason at least offer packaged breakfast and coffee. We would give this place a two if it wasn’t for Tiffany. She tried to assist us. The owners need to keep her. She was beyond polite and accommodating. Issues, beds bounce, heater exploded, holes in walls from doors opening. The second room after heater exploded stunk of cat urine. Third room was acceptable. Considering it was renovated the bathrooms are old and so are the beds. Tv decent. The room sizes are decent. If you knew a guest was coming at least pre heat the rooms. We will not stay there again. We thought the standard was similar to the Americans best in Detroit but it wasn’t at all.
