Munduk Sari Garden Villa

Great spot to stop for a couple of nights. Room was clean and tidy, views were great. Staff were friendly, would definitely stay again.

Not very clean when we got there Someone's false nail found on the floor and the bathroom floor has some stains but overall the staff were nice and it had parking and the food at the restaurant was yummy

1st impressions were not good. The WC in Reception was out of order and a local resident decided to play techno music until early evening and then again from 6.30 am! The room was quite impressive despite no air-con unit or ceiling fan available. The views from the balcony overlooking the valley below were breathtaking. All good until we entered the bathroom….it was like going back in time 30 years! Totally run-down and requiring a serious make-over. There was mould in the corners and the fittings were all looking rather worn out. We had to climb into the bath to get a shower and struggled to contain the water inside the bath as there wasn’t a shower curtain! All-in-all, a bed for the night but I’d dread to think of staying there any longer than 1 night!

This is our third visit to this hotel. The setting is wonderful. The dinner menu is limited but there are a few restaurants up the hill with a more extensive menu.

We had great stay here. The room is huge with high ceiling. The balcony is spacious with great view over look the whole valley. Munduk Sari is so close to 5 beautiful waterfalls, all within walking distance so you can just do trekking easily. The food is delicious at the restaurant. We enjoyed the music night too. Highly recommended for family with kids or couples.
