We booked on Agoda greater than a month of our intended stay. When we arrived we were told our room was being cleaned. A few minutes later, we were instructed to go next door to their ‘sister hotel’ Fairfield as they didn’t have a suite for us. We spoke to management and corresponded with Agoda. At the end of the day, we stayed at an inferior hotel, no one took accountability, and were offered Agoda cash. We payed the rate of a Residence Inn suite and instead got a regular room with two doubles, a broken A/C and malfunctioning TV. It was terrible.
