Good, location, good breakfast, good services like laundry and you can schedule airport pickup for a nominal fee. They added a loveseat in the room so you don't have to sit on the bed. It would be nice if there was a pool. However, the owner went above and beyond when he offered to pick up my luggage from the airport because it didn't make it onto my flight. It saved me the cost of going to and from Khon Kaen as well as the time. This was my second stay and I will be loyal to this hotel for all my future stays in Ban Phai.
