Good location

The lobby looked clean. The bed was not comfortable. The AC did not work most of the time. The wi-fi was spotty. The shower drain was very slow, and the entire floor was flooding wet in minutes, even with minimal water pressure. Retrospectively, I might have been better off staying in a hostel.

The location is good if you need to be in the area for some reason. Big plus is the coffee shop next door is one of the best in the city. My room was huge. I could hold ballroom dancing competition in it and not hit the bed. The bed was a king, but its 2 beds put together so its like a big bar in the middle, not great for sprawling. Not a big deal. TV is a projector which would be cool if Netflix etc. had a login, otherwise its really really big YouTube. But your probably not staying there to watch TV. My brother stayed in a different room where he said he encountered "wildlife". I did not. The receptionist was busy with her phone mostly. I had read a review saying there was a laundry service. I asked about it and she said (in Vietnamese) "the cleaning lady does that" then went back to her phone. Not overly helpful, not a big deal. We arrived at 1pm they said check in is at 2pm. They let us keep our bags in the lobby. One night was plenty. If I was holding a film screening for a dozen friends, I might consider this theater again. Not bad. Not great. But great coffee next door.
